I've been wondering about this for a while, maybe someone can help me.

There are three numbers just underneath where it says "Not Transferable" on the tickets from Dublin Bus, from what I can deduce the third of these seems to be the fleet number, and the first two digits of that indicate what type of bus it is. One of my tickets says 40001, so at a guess I'd say that's EV1 since I vaguely remember the bus looking like an EV.
