Posts: 1856 01/06/2008 22:26:19 Professional Driver	I suspect that mhoey came upon the NEW Bus Eireann stop at DCU`s Collins Avenue gate. I say this because as of today,1st June 2008 the Ballymun Road is totally bereft on any indication that a terminus exists there for a newly introduced fully accessible,Transport21 inspired inter-urban route. It is beyond rational belief that ANY public transport operator (This is CIE as a whole I refer to) could behave in so blasè a manner as Bus Eireann has in this matter. Perhaps they are hoping to get the Minister to launch the same route twice....????

Posts: 175 28/06/2008 19:03:22 Archivist	In Clondalkin village, there are yellow poles with new yellow heads, yellow poles with blue heads and blue poles with blue heads, all within metres of each other. It looks a little chaotic. Has the repainting programme been (bus) stopped?

They have slapped the dualway coach stop in behind the 37/39/70 stop on college green! You should see what its like when the coaches are parked there! Dangerous enough.

Posts: 1527 06/08/2008 17:51:52 Full Member	There is also a stop for a priavte operator to Trim, literally rite beside the 120 stop on Parnell Street.. And this location is one the worst to access for bus drivers... now having to compete against other drivers just to pull in and having passnegers dodging all sorts of dangerous obstacles!.. Its a disgrace....
