My second question is one which has been puzzling me for a while: If you look at the 41X timetable, it says that the Summerhill depot operate the route but this doesnt make sense considering that Harristown operate the 730/735/745/750/755 services and S/Hill only operate the 725 service. So from a customer point of view wouldnt it make more sense to say that the 41X is operated by Harristown? Because which garage does the the normal customer ring to complain if the bus never arrived or they had a bad experience, Harristown or Summerhill?
The 41X route is administered from Summerhill, and operated by Harristown on behalf of Summerhill. All admin for the 41X is handled by Summerhill management and it is to Summerhill to which customers direct their queries regarding the route, as per the contact info. provided at the bottom of the timetable.

In a similar way the 37X and 39X are Phibsboro routes, operated on Phibsboro's behalf by Harristown.
