Was in the Waterford area over the weekend, and decided to drive down a dockside road I had never been on before, on the basis that you never know what you might find.
About 3km from the city centre, after passing some very interesting looking scrap ships, I came across an overgrown railway yard, no longer connected to the main system, with a seemingly abandoned loco on it, in full public view of the road.
The loco, C202 seems to be fairly immobile, and has attracted the attention of graffiti "artists".
Anybody know more about this, and how it came to be on this stretch of unconnected track?
