This fire engine was seen a good few times yesterday (26/04) travelling through the City Centre with a full crew on board, is this still being used or is it
for show does anyone know ?

From a reliable source it's possibly a Balbriggan or Malahide retained fire crew on board, and still in full service. May have been in the city to visit the garage. |

Doubt its a retained crew, because thats a Dennis DS (smaller than regular Dennis fire appliance, as compared to a Pointer Dart -VS- a mini-pointer Dart ) and
that appliance is a reserve fire engine based in Stanley St (workshops)... possibly covering either D101 (Tara St) or D31 (Phibsboro) appliances, which could
be in for maintenance in the garage, thats my best guess.

its definatly a reserve appliance but it wasnt in service note the lack of ladders my guess would be driver familarisation as if 101 or 102 had been exchanged
in the garage the ladders would have been transferred to
