Following on from the 'Imp' revolution in the 90's, through the low floor Solo design, Optare have managed to corner the marketplace very well.
The versatility of the different size options of the Solo have made it a huge success, and those who know me will know I have a soft spot of these little buses... Lovely photo, any idea who is operating the service?
Using prepaid tickets and tendering the exact fare saves time, your time!

Unfortunately I didn't see who was operating the service which runs about a mile from the Abbey to the walled gardens.
Every trip was full which is a good sign for tourism down that way. |

The bus service is free but you have to pay €12 to enter the grounds, including access to the Abbey and gardens.
