Just like Dublin Bus, BE are expected to be doing some trimming in the coming months. There are Union / Management meetings planned for this week, with some of
them on Tuesday
Unofficial word from Drogheda is that none of the 40 drivers expect their jobs to be at risk, but there will be a complete stop on overtime with is a massive part of operations there at the moment, which will be possible due to service cuts.
The 101 is expected to be back to once an hour offpeak, with the 20 minute frequency being maintained at morning and evening peaks. The 100 service may also be partially or completely cut.
None of this is confirmed obviously, but the strong suggestion is that these will be some of the outcomes.
