Does anyone know where 05 CN 477 is now? It used to be with Whartons Coaches in Crossdoney in Co. Cavan. My friend used to drive that bus all the time but she
now has 08 CN 2215, she has it nearly 2 years, but Whartons did have it for a while after she got her new bus, but i asked her about it tonight and she said
that she thinks its gone to England but doesn't know who has it. I have checked out the internet but it still claims that the bus is with Whartons still
when its not. It is a red wine colour SP type bus. Whartons do have 2 or 3 Tri Axel SP's at the moment, but that 05 reg bus that i'm asking about is
just the twin axel, as is the new 08 bus that she has.

If anybody knows anything about the current or recent whereabouts of that 05 CN 477 bus i'd be very greatful. Cheers.

It was still with Whartons up to Easter 2009 - I suspect it went as p/x for the new Van Hools so may well still be for sale with Westward Scania. It
hasn't gone to the UK.

It's in Westward Scania. along with 476, the silver one. It was p/x against the New Scania/Vanhools Whartons got earlier this year. 476 is there since
around april 08. Westward are looking for big money for both of them, so they'll probably be there for another while!!!

Thanks for that lads.

Eos90, where exactly is Westward Scania? I have heard of it but don't know where it is. Its not the one on the way into Monaghan from the Castleblayney
side is it? I know the silver one 476 has been gone a while, that left very quick. I was sure the it would have been sold long ago. Also, what does p/x mean?
And one more thing, is 477 still in her red wine Whartons colours? Thanks again for the info.

Westward Scania is in Strokestown in Co. Roscommon, they also work out of Eirebus in Banchardstown. p/x (part exchange) is the same as a trade in.
477 is still red and 476 is still silver. 476 was on lease to Richmond of Lisburn for the summer but is back up for sale in the trade press at the moment! A
little overpriced tho...

Thanks a million for that Eos90. I've passed through Strokestown a good few times on the way to Ballina and i can picture the Scania garage in my mind,
but just can't place it. I must have a look out for it the next time i'm passing that way. I wonder would it be visible from the road though.

That was a very nice bus, i liked it. Her new 08 bus is nice too but i liked that 05. She likes her new bus though (has a far better radio than the 05
Image). I presume it has alot of mileage on it. I've never been
on 476, i never liked the silver colour on 476 though, love the red wine colour on the 05 and the slightly darker version of it on the 08. I'm a bit
surprised that they are over-priced. I must have look on the web or maybe Auto Trader might have it in it, i'd like to check it out.

Thanks again for that Eos90, appreciate it.
